RISE Collective was founded in April 2025 by 13 individuals committed to continuing the legacy of abortion care in Colorado. United by a shared vision, they came together to ensure that patients would continue to have access to compassionate, evidence-based services. Today, RISE Collective remains dedicated to providing the highest quality abortion care, grounded in respect, dignity, and patient-centered support.

- In 1967, Colorado passed the first law in the nation to decriminalize abortion care.
- In 2022, Colorado codified a person’s fundamental right to make reproductive health-care decisions free from government interference into state law.
- In 2024, an amendment enshrined that right in the state constitution.
